2023 REGISTRATION FEES
Individual Registration – $200 per person
Student Registration – $150 per person (current student ID will be requested at check-in)
Table Package – $2,000; includes:
- One reserved table of 10 seats, with table signage
- Your organization’s name listed on the Power of Nursing Leadership website
- Opportunity to select one table guest (per table) to be honored as a “Pinnacle Nurse Leader” during the event
- One complimentary exhibit table during the Morning Networking Hour (RSVP required). Each exhibit includes one 6′ draped table or equivalent floor space, with access to standard electrical power and WiFi. Exhibitor staff who wish to be seated for the ballroom program and luncheon should be seated at the organization’s registered table, unless individual tickets are purchased separately.
- Option to purchase additional tables at a discounted rate ($1,500 each).

CANCELLATIONS
For individual and student registrations, cancellations received in writing (via email to Cathy Temple) more than 15 business days in advance of the event will incur a cancellation fee of $25. No refunds can be issued for nonattendance or for cancellations made less than 15 business days in advance of the event.
No refunds will be issued for table packages.
Should the event be cancelled altogether by the organizers for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
ATTENDEE SUBSTITUTIONS
To change a registrant associated with an order, please email Cathy Temple. Any substitution needs arising after Oct. 27, 2023, will need to be made on site at the event. The substitute registrant may present a copy of the original confirmation at the event. If substituting for a guest at a purchased table, the name of the person being replaced must be provided.
